Sitting room
This light and spacious room is the ideal spot to relax after a busy day. There are two leather sofas, a 19’’ flat screen television, DVD player and music system. So put you feet up: you’ve earned it!

Kitchen / Dining room
Every thing you need to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free is here in the big kitchen dining room. All of the units are new and we have fully integrated Neff appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. There’s a microwave too.

The oak table is big enough to seat six comfortably should you decide to have some friends around for supper. Or spread the Sunday papers out, make yourself a cup of coffee and relax.

Master bedroom
This is a wonderfully light and spacious room with hickory floors and a king size double bed. Enjoy the fantastic view across to Fowey and watch the Polruan ferry as it comes and goes. But more than anything else sink into the king size bed and enjoy the peace of Polruan. All that fresh sea air will guarantee a great night’s sleep.

Twin bedroom
Another light and spacious room with two full sized single beds. Sit up in bed and look out of the window to Fowey and watch the comings and goings on the river.

Bathroom
A family bathroom with a heated towel rail, a top of the range electric power shower, a full size bath and top quality tiles. The electric under-floor heating will be a pleasure for your feet.
